Who is Eligible?
Individuals who have experienced domestic violence and/or sexual assault
Emergency Shelter
Who is Eligible?
Men, women and their children who are in immediate danger of domestic violence or sexual assault
Victim Advocacy
Who is Eligible?
Individuals who have experienced: domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking. A client does NOT need to have a diagnostic assessment to participate in Victim Advocacy services.
D.V.E.R.T.
Domestic Violence Enhanced Response Team
Who is Eligible?
In order for a case to be voted active D.V.E.R.T, it must meet
certain guidelines. The majority of the team must feel there is a high likelihood of death. The team carries no more than 40 cases at a time which are voted on at biweekly meetings.
Chrysalis Manor
Who is Eligible?
The program director and case manager will determine eligibility based on the following standards:
• Applicant is income eligible
• Meets all program requirements
• Successfully completes a shelter stay
• Is committed to remaining free from violence
Women's Transitional
Who is Eligible?
The program director will
determine eligibility based on the following standards:
• Applicant meets all program requirements
• Is income eligible
• Is committed to remaining free from substance abuse
Permanent Housing with Supportive Services
Who is Eligible? To determine is an applicant is eligible, the supportive housing team reviews applicants to ensure that they:
• Meet all program requirements
• Are chronically homeless
• Have Mental Health/Substance Abuse Challenges
• Are committed to obtaining permanent housing
