Chryalsis Manor
Chryalsis Manor provides supportive services and programs to women and their children who have completed their shelter stay and are making the transition to permanent housing and more independence and self-sufficiency. Residents may live in Chrysalis Manor for up to two years. Chrysalis Manor is a low income housing tax credit program for individuals and families on fixed or lower incomes. The program is designed to empower participants by addressing individual needs through education, case management, and counseling. It is an independent living program with on-site support. There are nine units consisting of (2) three bedroom, (3) two bedroom, and (4) one bedroom subsidized apartments. The program director and case manager will determine eligibility based on the following standards.
- Applicant is income eligible
- Meets all program requirements
- Successfully completes a shelter stay
- Is committed to remaining free from violence
Interested applicants should inform the case manager of interest in being considered from the program. Applicants must complete a Prospect Information Application and a Housing Credit Program Applicant Questionnare.
